Privacy Policy

Overview

Calendar Lens for ABA Professionals ("Calendar Lens," "we," "our," or "us") is a Chrome extension operated by WamvyTech. It converts the colors already displayed on Google Calendar into scheduled billable and non-billable hour totals.

This Privacy Policy explains what the extension processes, what information may be stored, how optional Pro payments are handled, and the choices available to you.

Calendar Data We Process

When you use Calendar Lens on calendar.google.com, the extension may read information that Google Calendar has already rendered in the browser, including displayed event colors, event times, durations, and limited event text needed to place duration or billing indicators correctly.

• This information is used only to calculate scheduled hours and annotate the calendar interface.
• Calendar Lens does not use the Google Calendar API to upload your events to WamvyTech.
• Calendar Lens does not transmit event titles, descriptions, attendees, locations, meeting links, notes, or event times to WamvyTech, ExtensionPay, or Stripe.
• Calendar Lens does not create a server-side copy of your calendar.

Settings We Store

Calendar Lens stores only the configuration needed to remember how you use the extension. Depending on the version and browser configuration, these settings may include:

• Color selections:Which displayed calendar colors you chose to track.
• Custom labels:The names you assign to colors, such as "Direct Therapy," "Supervision," "Admin," or an internal code.
• Billing classification:Whether each selected color is billable, counted but non-billable, or ignored.
• Display preferences:Daily thresholds, duration-label settings, totals-panel preferences, and similar extension options.
• Entitlement status:A limited local record indicating whether the extension should operate as Free or Pro.
• Panel layout:The position and size you dragged the on-calendar totals panel to, and which side-panel sections you collapsed.
• Purchase record:If you buy Pro, a record from our payment provider including the email address used at checkout. Where Chrome Sync is enabled this may be synchronized like other extension settings.

Settings may be saved through Chrome extension storage. If Chrome Sync is enabled in your browser, Google may synchronize compatible extension settings across Chrome browsers where you are signed in. WamvyTech does not control Chrome Sync.

Payments & Pro Access

Calendar Lens may offer an optional paid Pro upgrade. Payments and paid-access verification are handled through ExtensionPay and Stripe.

• ExtensionPay:May receive and retain the email address used to purchase or restore Pro access and communicates the user's paid status to the extension.
• Stripe:Processes payment details and may retain transaction, billing, fraud-prevention, and legally required records under its own policies.
• WamvyTech:May have access to purchaser email, transaction identifiers, payment amount, status, and refund information through ExtensionPay or Stripe dashboards. We do not receive or store your full payment card number.

Calendar content is not sent with payment or entitlement requests. Network requests made for Pro access are limited to opening checkout, confirming paid status, restoring access, and related billing functions.

How We Use Information

• To calculate scheduled billable and non-billable hour totals in your browser
• To display event durations, billing indicators, daily totals, thresholds, and summary panels
• To remember your extension settings
• To determine whether Free or Pro features should be available
• To process purchases, restore Pro access, issue refunds, and resolve billing questions
• To respond to support, privacy, or legal requests
• To maintain the security and operation of the extension

Data Sharing & No-Sell Policy

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information or calendar content.

Information may be disclosed only in these limited circumstances:

• Service providers: ExtensionPay and Stripe process optional purchases and paid-access status. Google provides Chrome, Chrome Web Store, Google Calendar, and optional Chrome Sync.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information that we actually possess if required by applicable law, subpoena, court order, or governmental request.
• Business transfer: Limited business records may transfer as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.
• Protection and security: We may use or disclose limited information when reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents, or violations of applicable terms.

Third-Party Services

Calendar Lens depends on the following third-party platforms. Their own privacy policies govern information they process.

Calendar Lens does not include third-party advertising SDKs or analytics code in the extension.

Security & Retention

We minimize the information handled by Calendar Lens and separate calendar processing from payment processing.

• Calendar content:Processed in the browser and not retained by WamvyTech on external servers.
• Extension settings:Remain in Chrome extension storage until changed, cleared, or the extension is uninstalled. Synced settings may also be retained by Google under your Chrome Sync configuration.
• Payment records:Retained by ExtensionPay, Stripe, and WamvyTech as needed to provide access, handle refunds or disputes, maintain tax and accounting records, prevent fraud, and comply with law.
• Support messages:Retained as reasonably necessary to answer the request and maintain business records.

Your Choices & Rights

You can control most Calendar Lens information directly from the extension or Chrome:

Depending on your location, additional privacy rights may apply. Requests can be sent to infowamvy@gmail.com. We may need to verify the request before acting on it.

ABA, HIPAA & Sensitive Data

Calendar Lens is a scheduling and estimation utility for ABA professionals and teams. It is not an electronic health record, clinical documentation platform, claims system, payroll system, or authoritative billing record.

• Do not place a client's name, diagnosis, member ID, date of birth, or other identifying information in Calendar Lens color labels.
• Use service categories, agencies, funders, caseload codes, or other non-identifying labels.
• Always reconcile scheduled totals against delivered services, completed documentation, payer rules, and your organization's billing procedures.
• Your organization remains responsible for determining whether its use of Google Calendar, Chrome Sync, Stripe, ExtensionPay, and Calendar Lens satisfies HIPAA, FERPA, contractual, payer, employment, and other legal requirements.

Children & International Users

Calendar Lens is intended for professionals and organizations managing work schedules. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through the extension.

WamvyTech is based in the United States. Optional payment and licensing information may be processed in the United States or other countries where ExtensionPay, Stripe, Google, or their service providers operate. Privacy protections may differ by country.

Browser Permissions

Chrome asks you to approve the following when you install Calendar Lens. Each one exists for a single, specific reason, and the extension requests nothing else.

• storage:Saves your color selections, labels and settings on your own device, and caches the calculated hour totals so the side panel can display them without re-reading your calendar.
• sidePanel:Displays the Calendar Lens configuration panel beside your calendar.
• https://calendar.google.com/*:Reads the calendar page you already have open, in order to calculate hours from event durations and displayed colors. This is the extension's core function.
• https://extensionpay.com/*:Asks our payment provider whether this installation has Pro access, and opens the checkout page if you choose to purchase it. No calendar data is sent with that request.

Calendar Lens cannot read any website other than Google Calendar. On every other site it is completely inert.

Changes & Contact

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in Calendar Lens, payment features, legal requirements, or service providers. The revised policy will be posted at the same location with an updated effective date.

Material changes may also be communicated through the extension, Chrome Web Store listing, or another reasonable channel.
